Where do I locate my billing Account Number or Policy Number and password to login to my account?

Your policy number is located on the top right corner of your PayLink Direct Payment Plan Agreement. Your billing account number is located on any PayLink Direct notice. Your zip code is your initial password. If you are unable to locate your policy number, account number or password, or need assistance accessing your account, you can contact PayLink Direct to request your login information by email to customerservice@paylinkdirect.com, or by calling us Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM CST

The most likely scenario is the use of an expired debit/credit card. To correct this problem, simply login to your account and update your payment information under the ‘Update Billing’ option.
