01Who is PayLink Direct?
PayLink Direct is a specialized finance company that provides payment plans for vehicle and home service contracts.
02Can I manage my PayLink Direct account online?
Absolutely. Using your billing account number or policy number, you can view account information and make payments. Your initial password will be your ZIP code.
03Where do I locate my billing Account Number or Policy Number and password?
Your policy number is located on the top right corner of your PayLink Direct Payment Plan Agreement. Your billing account number is located on any PayLink Direct notice. Your ZIP code is your initial password. If you need help, email cs@paylinkdirect.com or call 800-839-7940.
04How can I make a payment?
You can make a payment online 24/7 or through our automated phone system by calling Customer Service at 800-839-7940 and selecting option 9.

05I received a notice that my payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
An expired debit or credit card is a common cause. Log in to your account and update your payment information under Update Billing. If that does not correct the problem, contact Customer Service.
06How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your account and select the Update Billing option, or call Customer Service Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CST at 800-839-7940.
07How do I contact my sales agent?
Your sales agent's contact information may be listed on your service contract or related account information. If you cannot locate it, contact PayLink Direct Customer Service at 800-839-7940 or cs@paylinkdirect.com, and we can help you find the right contact information.
